When I launched Quickstep in Ireland in 2005 my clients had a problem.  Fund operations teams were growing rapidly and there was a lack of experience at all levels.  Fund service providers needed product and accounting training for their middle and back office teams so they looked to the established training companies.

Big name learning providers had a wealth of training courses addressing financial services and financial markets but there was very little training created specifically with mutual fund and hedge fund operations teams in mind.

Quickstep filled the void by developing course content based on the specific needs of fund administrators, investment managers and trustees.  For the next 10 years Quickstep designed, developed and delivered bespoke face-to-face learning solutions for fund companies, large and small, around the world.  The result?  Thousands of participants on hundreds of courses have helped scores of fund companies deliver a better service to their clients.
